This is a quick and easy to make raw meal full of nutrition and it’s totally electric and gluten free!!
You will at minimum need a knife, a processor or blender and a veggie spiralizer. (example of spiralizer pictured below)
Take a zucchini and twist it entirely into noodles. (No need to peel) A average sized zucchini produces quite a bit of noodles.
On average, One zucchini will make enough for two people, two servings for one person or one serving for four children.
Next, you will need to make your sauce. If you are using one zucchini then one avocado will be more than enough. Be sure that it is ripe to make it easier to blend. It should be a darker green and soft to the touch.
Cut up the avocado and add to your blender cup, then you will add Aakasha’s Naturals Electric Italian Seasoning mix to your taste. Remember this mix includes no salt. 🙂
Break up and throw in a kale leaf about the size of the inside of the palm of your hand.
Before blending you’ll want to add a key lime and about half to a full teaspoon of olive oil. The lime adds a extra kick of flavor and electricity, and as well as the olive oil helps the blender catch and blend. If you prefer no oil, just add two or three limes in it’s place so that there is enough to get the blender going.
Blend your ingredients well then fork into your pasta.

Here I topped this pasta with a dash of crushed red peppers, fresh cilantro leaves, fresh chives and a pinch of fresh dill!!
