Today I’m enjoying a delicious meal straight from my garden. I have fresh sweet potato leaves which are very nutritious, carbon cherry tomatoes, and scallions.
I added zero seasonings to this meal and it was very tasty.
I absolutely love these carbon cherry tomatoes. They have a hint of sweetness to them and are very juicy.
The sweet potato leaves were full of flavor as well And the raw scallions really gave the dish a boost.
There are many that wouldn’t find such a dish fulfilling, but I have type A+ blood, and this style of eating suits me perfectly.
Personally I am a mono meal eater, and it doesn’t take much to get me full. I also intake a lot of water so I’m sure that helps curb my appetite.
I thrive off fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and herbs.
Some people may not know their blood type or be familiar with the foods that compliment their blood type the most.
I will be doing more posts on this subject as I find it fascinating and important.
